SHIPPING METHODS
We currently offer the following shipping methods:
Flat Rate Shipping: ₹200.00 (Free for orders over ₹100)
- Standard delivery within India
- Delivery typically within 5-7 business days
- Excludes weekends and public holidays
SHIPPING RATES
- Domestic (India): Flat rate of ₹200 for all orders
- Free shipping for orders exceeding ₹100
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Shipping: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after order processing
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary
- We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (weather, natural disasters, etc.)
SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete
- We can only ship to addresses in India
- PO Boxes and Army Postal Service addresses may not be deliverable
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your package using this number on the courier’s website
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
- If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently do not ship internationally
- International orders cannot be accepted at this time
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship:
- Hazardous materials
- Extremely fragile items (some exceptions apply)
- Items violating local or national laws
