Returns and Refund Policy

At Shoppers Stand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

RETURN PROCESS

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  3. Ship the item back to us with the RAN clearly marked on the package
  4. Ship at your own expense (unless the return is due to our error)

REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless due to our error)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Clearance items
  • Digital products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

EXCHANGES
For defective items, we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color at no additional cost, provided the return is within 30 days of purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
