Returns and Refund Policy

At Shoppers Stand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and refund policy.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Products must be in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
RETURN PROCESS
- Contact us at support@shoppersstand.com or +1 (555) 123-4567 to initiate a return
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Ship the item back to us with the RAN clearly marked on the package
- Ship at your own expense (unless the return is due to our error)
REFUND TIMELINE
- Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless due to our error)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
- Clearance items
- Digital products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
EXCHANGES
For defective items, we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color at no additional cost, provided the return is within 30 days of purchase.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
